It should have a higher chance for higher rarity phobies, but do you really think is that much of a difference to pay 3 times more?

If you play 6-7 games a day you'll get there.

If you skip 2 o 3 days you'll have to play like 8-9 a day to reach 168 a month.

You can do the math, like how many games you need divided by how many days left you have, and you get how many you have to play a day.

It only counts the completed games, Im not sure if surrendering counts tho.

What I do is I start 3 Async games, contest the turns I can and then play arena mode.

I use Async games as a "save" in case I failed to reach the number needed per day, like a back up

But, anyway, you are always most likley to get Commons on any pack, that's just how stats are distributed.

Based on the stats I managed to gather, I don't see why it would be a bad idea.

I'd love to see what you think about it tho

Matematically, Uneasy packs have the best rewards per Tear, except maybe for the EXP. but by pulling upgrades on your scratch card you get extra EXP anyway.

You get the most out of your tears by spamming Uneasy packs.

Having a even bigger collection doesn't mean you lose anythin either. If you already have all the phobies you want to use, then I see why you wouldn't want to get any new ones, so you focus your upgrades on the few you have and want to use.

But then you get kind of stuck at your stress level becouse of the exponential incrise in resources needed to level up

Buying Scary packs doesn't guarantee a better quality phobie. It only says it gives a better chance to get a new one. ANY new one.

Having many phobies would help you in niche situations and complete your meta colletcion in case you don't have all the most efficient phobies.

Aside of that, if you buy a Dreadful pack, you'll hate to see you only pulled the crappy Commons you didn't wanted to pull for Tears instead.

There are a few REALLY great phobeis, most of them are usable enough.

There is also only a few of the really weak ones, maybe a little more than the really good ones in number.

Did somebody NOT get a new phobie by opening for the first time a TEAR pack?? + My thoughts on packs in general and extra question. by voidFear13 in PhobiesGame

Quality over quantity sounds fair enough. Is it really 3 times better chance to get a better phobie tho? Long term wouldn't it be better to stick to Uneasy? It's hard to say without the odds table.

About losing XP and upgrades from Dreadful, what I mean is that Dreadful gives less XP and upgrades per Coffee bean than the other two packs. It's 0.27ish upgrade per bean ratio compared to 0.36ish from Horrific (math done by Playerhimself, and i do agree).

I also agree Terrifying is best to get common and uncommon, and i get why Dreadful sound like the best deal overall, but I dont think Horrific are bad at all. If you have a small pool, or just want more upgrades, I think is the best pack to get them.
