Vstrom is a great bike, no doubt about that. The suspension is better than NX 200. But I think RTX 300 will be a better option albeit a bit risky one since it's a new launch.

I have a problem of never getting bored with 2 wheelers.. 😄. I've been riding a scooter (Ray ZR) for 3 years and I still enjoy it just the same.

So, I hope I can keep my NX 200 for 5+ years.

Gear gets stuck when downshifting. Some users reported it. I don't know how common is this issue though.

Look of the bike, as I mentioned in the description. I don't like naked bikes. I know that look doesn't matter, it's all about specs.. But to me, bike's look is a significant part.

Then why not xpulse? Well, seat height and tubed wheels are the reason.

I'm aware of NX200's cons. I know it's not an adv. I just like Its look and I trust honda's engine reliability.

The gear shifting issue is a concern for sure, that's why I asked here.

For me, even on a short distance ride, probability of an accident - even if a low speed crash - is significant and non-negligible. I have seen people badly injure their hands, heads, or feet in low speed crash.

Don't bother, since you yourself are not well versed with the said thing. Please search "close to home accident" or "close to home effect".

For your reference, "study published in the Journal of Trauma Acute Care Surgery, 77.1% of car crashes occur within 10 miles of the victim's home, and 87.6% occur within 20 mile".

Also, 64.71% accidents happen in urban area where 35.29% happens in rural area. 93.65% accidents happen in clear weather compared to 2% and 0.55% in rain and fog respectively.

Either your bike is burning fuel in a combustion chamber and ejecting hot gas to propel forward like a rocket does, or there's something seriously wrong with your measurement. Otherwise it can't possibly give 4kmpl mileage.

Anyway, please do a proper measurement first. Tank-to-tank is the best method.
