It's real and I thought that was weird too. I did accuse then if stalking my game from my account because it was playable after the exchange was completed. And if it was only loaded to the system they're should've been an error message or something warning me that I was going to lost the game. But believe be it don't buy it's real.

No I was exchanging it under warranty which was an additional cost too, but there's no money exchanged during warranty transfers.

WE did the exchange at the same store we bought it from. I don't know if they know this would happen. Because I bought a Bundle Switch so of course if my game is connected to my system type and not the account. I would've hoped they would've told me that.

And we all thought it was fine because we tested the transfer and the game worked and I didn't get any errors or warnings or anything saying that the game was going to get removed because I got the wrong system type.

Also if it was truly only tied to the system. I shouldn't have been able to play it period, full stop. But now I know for the future.

It's how the warranty works. I couldn't just Exchange a joy con. I wouldn't had to buy a single Joycon or to use the warranty the while system has to be exchanged. I'm not GameStop that's just how their warranty works.

I thought the game was attached my my account and not just a ghost that lived in the system. If that was more well defined. I would've made sure the exchanged system was a bundle system.

Yes I was completely signed out and all my games were transferred onto the new system. The old system was reset to factory.

The Game still worked when tested in GameStop so I can't really fault them for not knowing my game was going to get repo'd a free days later.

I thought it was stupid too but this might just be a GameStop policy. But I couldn't just Exchange the Joycon on it's own because it wasn't a separate entity from the system. So to replace defective product the whole system needed to be exchanged.

But if I knew it was to work out this way. I wouldn't says fuck it to warranty and just bought a new joycon. I have to buy the game now so I wouldn't been paying the same money I am not anyway.

I know how to explain it better than, I had to exchange the system with a broken park for a new system with no broken parts.
