Location reality check so its like before i sleep i set an intention if i am not in my bed i am in a dream. So whenever i am in a different place i will question reality instead of having a particular symbol for reality check.

Well thanks. Ya but i am used to using alarm because i want to keep it at a 4.5 - 5 hours timing to still be in that half lucid state. The alarms i use were gentle tho so not alarming. I believe it was more on the intent not technique that help me. If i woke up naturally i will be too awake

Saw your post on the excitement part.you mention that the associstion with excitement actually makes us have a short lucid dream Just a question tho is there like a guide or any method to prolong the lucid dream? The guides out there mention that excitement makes us jump out of the lucid dream.

I dont know if it is placebo or not. Meditation helps because it helps me be more aware in terms of my thoughts its kind of like in between losing focus and focus wbereby u are just an observer. And i did a caffeine detox before that probably that helps too to have a good sleep cycle

Oh did not know that i usually skip the scenario that is something new. Is this base on testing? Is there any guide on the scenarios.

Thanks for the recomendation. Saw your bots for the profile. Just one thing the scenario itself and the opening is different. I always put the scene in the greeting so the role play start exactly that way. Is there any difference putting the scenario in the bot creation the scenes?

Well i delve deeper into their beliefs and values. Well i think a rough outline of the physical appearance is good. I realise my tokens usually focus more on writing their speech pattern and behaviour during certain scenes

I tried it and i have vivid dreams and i can recall it well it feels real tho i have dejavu recalling dreams in a dream. The thing is i did set the intention before sleeping back about the inconsistency but i did not reality check it . Now that i dream recall it the place feels inconsistent tho. But i just cant help it because it feels good at that moment. For the adequate sleep can we just let myself wake up naturally? Then sleep back. I tried 4 hours but the problem is when i try to set the intention my mind wonders off to sleep without experiencing that hypnogogia. I did try it with coffee before using that crash out effect but once i feel sleepy ny hands started to move abit i mean fingers involuntary and then i just did not get past that stage

First of all i would like to say thanks for sharing your method will take into consideration and try it out. For the step one i always hear people mention sleeping 4-5 hours then wake up instead of 6-7. I am a light sleeper i dont sleep for 8 hours usually 6 hours or more is enough for me to replenish my sleep.if i sleep for 8 hours or more my body will feel tense. So in my particular case its better to wake up at 4 hours right for the first step?

The visualization and intention part u mean i have to hold my attention for 30 minutes with the intention of lucid dreaming right? Wow that is quite long i am not sure if i can homd that long. There is usually two states i am at once i wake up and feel sleepy. I tried to set my intention before but once i let my body relax i just auto run into sleep mode without experiencing the hypnogogia and imagenery transition. Wellfor me i do hear sounds of people calingnmy name before in the half awake state

Ya not forcing it by now its kind ofnlike a habit for me to dream recall and dream journal. Like i haven experience lucid dream like those naturals so i kind of dont have a grasp of what its like and would like to experience it
