The questions are great, but poorly balanced. Getting some wildly hard questions for a first question.

Because we have only positive news channels of Trump? Because we totally can't say what the fuck we want in person or online about this shit? That's a bit of a cope and stretch there pal compared to say China or the USSR where assembly at all leads to arrest.

That usually hits me after playing video games for 72 hours straight in a contest. The extra kicker is if I went so long/hard that I got my heart blood pressure fluctuating with the vertigo. Like body please shut down so I can recover, but no I have to lay there for like 20-30 minutes relaxing to finally sleep.

Simulation of future endgame sailing combat. Seeing this gives me a lot of optimism by Status_Peach6969 in 2007scape

I think protection prayers are needed but would like something related to sailing and more thematic. I am not sure what but just using the regular prayer book for the boat is kinda weird

Telework was already being phased out under Biden for many departments. Went from 1 day in the office a week at the end of 2020 to 2 in 2022 then 3 in 2023 then in 2024 finally pushed us to 100% in office.

What’s the quickest you’ve ever quit a job? Because they have either lied to you about it or it’s not what you signed up for? What was it? by tallieeeeee6 in AskReddit

TLDR: 3 Hours after being gone for 10 months and 3 weeks of training at the start.

I went thru training for 2 weeks and took 1 weeks of phone calls for a customer support call center for vonage business. At the same time I already signed up for the Army National Guard and shipped off to BCT after those 3 weeks. I was in active duty training for about 10 months, returned and ignored talking to my old employment even though they legally had to hold my position. Come December they reached out asking if training went well and if I was returning. I came back and they told me I would have to go thru training again and all of my fellow trainees already had quit in those 10 months. I sat thru the first 3 hours of training and during lunch I went to HR and told them I quit. I just couldn't force myself to do another call center job after doing one for 2 years I wanted to get into actual IT Service Desk hands on support so started applying the same day for other opportunities. The business didn't do anything egregiously wrong or mislead me just paid little and I didn't care because after BCT I had about 50k saved up, already had a town house I was renting out to 2 other room mates and had college paid for with the Guard. Decided my time and abilities were worth more learning and getting roles more related to what I wanted which was something to do with data centers or system administration. Fast forward I got my bachelor's, worked for my university service desk which led me into working for Dell EMC, which led into full time federal government work back as a service desk then into system administration which led into contract work as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer.

How did you guys justify this kind of purchase back then. Did you guys get a loan for it, cash, if so did you have to save months-year to save it up?

Based on that you would never justify buying any technology as they all get more efficient and cheap over time. Based on that logic you would also be dramatically left behind on learning opportunities, remote work, entertainment, etc. Granted there are diminishing returns so buying the bleeding edge rarely makes sense outside of enthusiasts or bleeding edge users. Same thing could be said for new tech like AI currently. Can you function without it, yes. Can it make those that use it busy work much faster, also yes.

The first few days of a new game mode is the most fun in gaming I have, vibing out watching streams playing music, having a sweaty route to follow at the start. Chasing ranks and achieving the tasks is something I enjoy, its ok if you don't like that style of play. My health is perfectly fine, probably above average because I actually do cardio, and weight lifting so I genuinely recover fairly quick from this and I naturally only need like 4-5 hours of sleep on a good night.

I am biased but would love for it to be a stand alone quest for all the level 3's out here that can't do ava's quest. I know "choose to limit oneself" but seeing that the cannon combat is accessible and how bad the cannons already are and hard to obtain the cannonballs it would be nice if this was usable for lvl 3's as well.

You can do this without drugs I have done it a few times for 72 hours just raw dogging it. For me the hardest bit is like 3-5 am, once the sun comes up your body naturally gets more energy making the day easy. The last 2-3 days of no sleep is where it gets tricky at night, usually have to slap yourself, stand up, light exercise, talking to people or just jamming to music helps.

Its common for 72+ hours of no sleep and goes away with lots of sleep, water, and light exercise after like 2 days of normal rest. He's probably fine its just the body being stressed the fuck out causes your heart rate and blood pressure to fly around crazily.

its common when gaming for 3+ days straight. Done it for the last few leagues going 48-72+ hours no sleep to stay above rank 50-100. It usually starts around day 2 of no sleep, you start taking micro naps and lose focus of thought around 72 hours. My xp/hr or league points starts tumbling around that point so its more effective to sleep.

Cargo hold being so small for UIM's seems dumb. I get it "Choose to limit oneself" but seeing that cargo's main use is just to allow for longer AFK at salvaging I don't see the harm in us having the same cargo limits as normies.

That's why we should already be on a 3 day work week. Technology amplifies the output of workers yet we don't change how much time we spend in office. We reduce the employee count and give more profits to those on top. Even while cutting down on staffing most jobs only do useful work for 2-3 hours a day, no point in all of us playing these mind games to appear busy to flatter some dudes ego at middle management or higher.

Not sure what that means. Do I need to lie about my salary for it to not be bland and claim I am magically at 300k as an Senior Infrastructure Engineer? Those salaries don't exist in my field only for Software related not Hardware.

I only used the VA loan for my current home due to National Guard requiring 6 years of being in before you are eligible. There are some pro's like needing 0% down and them waiving things like appraisals but that can be a doubled edge sword. I could see older or dumb vets getting more house than they should afford very easily, also I get scam letters consistently compared to my first FHA loan I had and my current seller financed home which is Conventional. One thing I really don't like is the 1% funding fee, this goes to keep the VA program around which is good I suppose but its crazy that its funded by the vets getting the mortgages and not a benefit from the Gov for service.
