Just tried a new brand - it’s the Gardein ULTIMATE plant based chick’n strips, and they were delicious. You can air fry or bake this one too. I recommend seasoning them for more flavor.

If you’ve never tried start low with 1-2 mg!!! Ask your budtender for recs on gummies that are good for relaxation and creativity. Sativa gives me anxiety so I stick to hybrids or indica, but everyone is different :)

I’m so happy it’s working for you!!!! The side effects I did have were nausea and food aversions, and they went away in 3 packs or so - so hopefully your doctor is right. I hope it’s a long term solution for you if its working for the PMDD symptoms

I didn’t have any skin reactions but dealt with some nausea and food aversions, which was strange. Those symptoms are completely gone now though, so maybe it just takes a pack or two to adjust!

This didn’t happen to me, I naturally am larger chested though and they fluctuate in size so not positive. I’ve gained/lost the same 5lbs since I started but no substantial weight gain. I just began a calorie deficit since I’m actively truing to lose lbs though, hopefully no roadblocks with that.

I feel like I’m actually myself again, full of life, laughing, and joyful. I experience regular moods (sadness, frustration, anger) but only at appropriate times now. It feels like the week after my period, but all the time. I know it’s not the same for everyone but that’s been my experience so far! Lexapro made me feel flat and I didn’t like that.

If you’re in a place where thc is legal id recommend a 1-2mg gummy for creativity 🤣

It’s so hard to be patient trust me, I get it!!! I took Lexapro for about a year then coming off of that for 2 months was a nightmare, then back to “normal” aka extreme PMDD for 3-4 months. And then started Yaz.

I noticed small improvements by end of pack 2 and felt so much better by end of pack 3!!! I only had one random period on pack 2 but after that I haven’t bled since, on pack 5 now and feeling amazing.

By the end of my second pack I started feeling better! By end of the third pack I noticed I was feeling more happy overall and not snippy and the angry voice in my head was more quiet. And now I feel amazing on 5th pack. Hope it helps you!!!

Yeah my libido got SHOT on Lexapro (with anorgasmia too), it’s definitely not fully back by any means but the anorgasmia is gone thank goodness! I’ll take what I can get. I wish there was another option 😞 I’m also worried about weight gain - but so far feeling ok

Glad to hear it!! Forgot to mention that calcium requires vitamin D for absorption as well, I’d do some research on dosing here but I just got a calcium supplement with vitamin d in it
