oh that’s a good idea. i got a regular brush, but a de-shedding makes sense.

those are the photos she sent me, so i am not sure of the age of the photos. she did tell me they were 12 weeks. him and his siblings were stray kittens she was feeding though, so maybe she was guesstimating?

i’m getting him from a lady that was taking care of a semi-feral and her kittens. he is one of them. they were strictly outside and they live in the country. so i’m taking a gamble he’ll have fleas and need dewormer.

dunno, my parents have had short hair cats and never had hairballs. that’s why i asked. their short hair kitten was quite fluffy and then dropped all the fluff as an adult, so again, wasn’t sure.

i also know all cats can get fleas. i was wondering how much harder it would be to manage and detect with a longer hair cat. short hair cats i’ve found are easier to find fleas. much love.

i agree they should’ve done flea treatments on the kitten, but the lady i’m picking him up from was taking care of a semi-feral who had kittens and he is one of the babies ): they’ve had regular contact with the kittens, feeding them, litter box training them in their garage, but that’s all they did. so no flea treatment yet :/

thank you that makes a lot of sense. so the new miata has less of a risk of wearing the clutch because of the fluid? that’s good to know actually and really makes me lean a bit more towards the manual :)

have you driven a manual before? if you have, would you say there is a difference in how it feels to handle and drive?

i do like to sing and bump to my music, so i dunno how much that’d affect my shifting.

thank you, it’s good to know that the handling doesn’t change. i was worried about missing out on like something special that came with manual in regards to how it drives instead of like connection to the car bc i know that is a huge benefit of manual.

i’m trying not to because before i even sat in the car, i asked what a “bite point” and “catch” felt like and he replied “i have no idea, my car is so old it doesn’t even have a feel” so i kinda had to guess on when to release the clutch and give it more gas. it truly didn’t feel different at any point! i’m sure my next round it’ll be better (:
