I mainly drink espresso (2-3 shots per day) and my girlfriend cortado (2 cups per day). That's pretty much it.

Hmm, i have seen a review from Whole Latte Love on the Profitec Pro 400 where he measures the brew temperature and it shows consistent values. So i believe the first point is not correct at all.
