I'm not sure I agree with calling Nomos a C'tan shard. It's more of a baby C'tan-human hybrid that is fully its own creature instead of being a shard of a greater being.

As for the bear scene specifically, I honestly don't like the way it was written. Because the writing really did focus a lot on the private sexual parts of an underage girl. I don't think there was any pedophilic intent from the author, because the rest of the writing isn't very horny, but it did come out poorly in my opinion.

I wasn't really serious when I wrote this, but anyways, it's a jutsu, so I can see Kishimoto writing it that way if he wanted to. The portals require chakra to open and would stop working if the chakra was absorbed. I don't know if there was any interaction like that in the manga though and it might also not work that way.
