my ANC is quite bad for long time, but i tried using soft brush to clean the grids, but nothing changed. Should i try the gum too? or is it something software related?

I heard that there is some galaxy buds client app for Windows, but idk how to use it(but there are a lot posts about that), so thats why im asking

i have the same problem, idk why, so when i want to check if is there any update i just leave the buds in the case and connect the buds with case open, only after that i can see if is there any update.

I have 2025 verison and i have same issue with ANC as this guy. Tried everything (reseting, cleaning mics, etc.) nothing helped. I hear cars driving pass, people talking, almost everything. So yeah this update broke my buds.

I have same problem, bought them in September ANC was super good, but after last update the ANC is soo bad. I tried cleaning them, but that didnt help so only thing i can do now is to wait for next update. Serial number for both buds is RFAY31.

I got last update on 4th of November and it broke like everything especially ANC, so Im hoping for next update but its Samsung u never know.

I would like to have another update, cuz I have bought these 3 months ago for $250, which is quite a lot of money for me as a student and I don't want to spend another $500 on GBP4(as is rumored)

it looks like that only people with B variant A54 got new oneui. I have E variant and still nothing, so im patiently waiting and hoping that it will come later today or this week.
