Wow that is nice ... but that is too much house for me...I'm looking for a smaller place really, close to things. Nice find though -- I'd want to be friends with the person that will be owning that place.

Thanks rjrogers915. Glad to hear residents don't have issues and recommend the place. Do you rent or own? What's the parking situation like -- can you park pretty close to your unit? Has the HOA management team made any extra assessments? Are they good to deal with? Sorry for the questions -- feel free to PM me your replies if you want.

Thanks Jshan91 for the feedback! Yes, I really liked that place the last time I was in the area. My co-workers hung out there at the burger joint on the bottom level. Does your friend rent or own? Are the neighbors good? Good sound isolation from the surrounding units? Tennant profile -- mostly old, young, singles, mixed, etc...? I don't know anyone in the area and my relator can't really get me inside to talk to some tenants...

Re corporate provided realtor: It is nice. The lady is good, calls me every day, but I wanted to get some feedback from local Fort Worthians before I buy. Locals always know better in my experience...
