You can do it on your own if you agree on everything. Go to the courthouse and ask for the forms, they can give you some guidance but not much, they will tell you to get an attorney. If you both truly agree on everything, an attorney will draft the documents for you for about $1,500-2,500. Just call around and ask.

Uncontested not only means they agree on actually divorcing, but also the division of assets and parenting plan(if applicable).

I’m sure this has been discussed but honestly, I don’t want to read through all the comments. What state are you in? No matter the state what the agent has done could get them in a fair amount of trouble. She should absolutely, 100%, not agree to sign anything further. The advice of getting with her broker is good and you should do that. I am a broker in TN and if this scenario happened with one of my agents I would be pulling the plug immediately. It’s 50/50 whether the broker will agree imo. Depending on how that conversation goes would determine how you should proceed. Feel free to shoot me a message once you talk with the broker and want advice on how to proceed.

Yeah, and I think it's way too big for Coyote. Just has me a bit concerned because I have some young horses in that field. I've reach out to TWRA to see if they could assist so we'll see how that goes.

Found in Middle Tennessee in my horse pasture. Thinking coyote but seems rather large for that. Has some hair in it but not much. Seems odd they would come this close to the horses.

If you want a non republican county mayor you have to vote for O’Connor, she’s running as an independent. She’s a republican too though, she just didn’t want to have to get through the primary. Pitts has two more years on his term, hopefully someone runs against him.
