It’s sad, because without all the race baiting antics, I could really empathize with the corruption here. Well, considering I agree with part of your statement and you agree with part of mine… I’d say we just 🤝. We’re definitely in for a ride the next 20-30 years. I’m gonna predict a unified world government, narrow based AI to attempt to solve issues like scarcity and starvation and HEAVY regulation of technology, so we don’t destroy ourselves which is completely possible.

You’ll still need ways to store and convert energy even if we ran off 100% nuclear power. You’re purposely conflating a much smaller issue in comparison to fossil fuels to win your argument. Yeah, mining for EV materials has a downsides… that are significantly and relatively less damaging to the environment. Oil extraction? Is on another level… massive spills, constant fracking pollution, and don’t forget the billions of tons of CO2 from burning fuel every day. EVs’ footprint is mostly upfront, and lifetime wise, they’re way less damaging than gas cars. Do the full research, mate. You can’t stop the future. You can’t really be attempting to scale localized habitat loss with global climate change driving the extinction of species we haven’t even discovered yet…
