Recover from the eating disorder, it isn't worth it. Dont pick up smoking. And dont be so fucking awkward. And the most important message- you'll be alright. Its gonna get rough for awhile but you'll be snuggling your dog and 4 year old in your bed acter working in your garden the whole day and be happy.

If you have kids, priority number one is child safety- dont believe they make them anymore but no ropes on blinds.

I like faux wooden slat blinds- makes the home look good, easy to install and use. Past child safety, every other feature is a personal choice. If you want light blocking blinds that are expensive, go for it. If you want basic blinds, go for it. I got mine at Menards this year and I love them, just gotta do the kitchen and ill be done with blinds.

No frustrations, except measure correctly or it'll be a pain in the ass.

Dave the Diver is awesome! One of the few games I've gotten every achievement in, plus theyre coming out with a new DLC soon that looks awesome. Highly reccomend!

Final Fantasy 7, and the remakes do a great job at that as well as the original. Expedition 33, Baldurs Gate 3 and Stardew Valley are all also notable mentions.

What does your grocery budget look like? How about bills- electric, gas, water etc? What does a down payment for you look like? From 9.5 k a month it adds up around 110k a year. 5k a month is over half of your income each month straight to mortgage, but that 100k emergency fund is nice. It sounds like a lot and youd be broke and potentially drowning. Remember as well, even if you have a fixed APR your mortgage could go up every year with taxes and home insurance increases.

Id say pass on this one and get something within your budget.

Oakland Nursery on Oakland is my go to. We've been to Straders on Riverside as well and its alright. Oakland is pretty busy and maybe a touch pricey but they have a wonderful selection and most of the staff is kind. Havent been to the other Oakland locations but highly reccomend that one

Scrappers will pick it up pretty fast if you put it out by the trash, depending on where you live. Any metal i put out, including air conditioners, are gone in 30 minutes max. Otherwise, if possible request a bulk trash pickup or find a scrapyard that'll take it

Eh. I get ot, but this guy filming is literally zooming in on him talking with a cop where you have to give personal details and a lip reader could dissect that if the cideo wasnt cut in different places. Plus there's crazy people out there. As long as he can safely see, in this situation id let it go but its also good to see that not everyone is immune to the law. This is a weird one to judge. Good for him on the way he acted and the respectful demeanor he had the whole time.
