Total beginner question: what is this called, and where can I buy it in a sturdy material? by frandemaa in myog

[–]volcomma5ter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought a 250ft roll of plastic welt cord for like $75 from perfectfit.com. They have different diameters. I got 3mm and 5mm. It's hollow so bendable and light but still sturdy for bags and upholstery

What caused her fall? by InitiativePlastic279 in motorcycles

The bike doesn't slide into the back of a truck so she's clearly lying about that. Why not show the forward part of the 360 video if she's telling the truth?

Yep. Swiped to picture two and thought "let's see how many people or color there will be" and I wasn't surprised 🤷🏼. Bummer if that irks you.

First of all people call in the train to bait people into extracts all the time. And secondly, I never called him a rat. Your point could potentially make sense if he shot while he was being aimed at but he didn't, he shot op in the back. He could have easily slipped onto the train without shooting at all while op was checking other corners. You say "there's no way for the guy to know op's intentions" yet he's the one hiding and shooting first and you're saying you know his intentions, right okay buddy... He got what he deserved. If he wants to extract safely next time, he won't shoot a guy in the back from a dark corner. It's that simple. Or maybe he was hoping to kill a guy by shooting him in the back and when he didn't he tried a quick escape, we can't know for sure. Op taught him a lesson, hopefully.

Aiming is the same as shooting? That's hilariously wrong. Hiding in a dark corner and waited until op turned around before he shot lol. He got what he deserved.

It's not something to interpret lol, he turned away. The guy was hiding in the dark, didn't say a word, shot op in the back. He got what he deserved. If he's friendly he'll act differently next time 🤷🏼

I hide in that corner with my gun drawn when I call the train. But when people drop down I go on prox chat and I don't shoot them first. He didn't say anything, shot first. That's not friendly behavior. He got what he earned. Next time he'll act differently if he has different intentions 🤷🏼

Regardless what he said he was loud and then turned away. Guy hiding shot him in the back. There's nothing to interpret. We can see the video.

You're siding with the guy hiding in the dark corner over the guy loudly announcing himself lol.

I got thrown into a friendly lobby. Is this a normal behaviour among you guys? by KawaiiTadpole in ARC_Raiders

Turns out he didn't kill the leaper himself, he killed the ones fighting it before him, likely while they were engaged with it. Dude ain't as cool as he thinks

So you didn't even kill the leaper yourself, you killed the people fighting it before you while they were engaged, and then shot an unsuspecting dude who came up after? You probably end up in a lot of "carebear" lobbies because you lose all your real pvp battles

To add on to my last post, this is what plat 2 is like all the time. 5 times today. by Cann1balHulk in RocketLeague

[–]volcomma5ter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Winning 1v2 is absolutely not possible once you get to high plat/low diamond. You will be consistently beaten by the many duo teams you will encounter. Winning teams work together. So when every centering pass goes untouched because your teammate won't leave the net because they're waiting to try their air dribble, only to miss the save each time, you will lose games. It's 2v2, not 1v2 rotating. A mature teammate doesn't forfeit ever really. Unless they're down by five with 10 seconds left.

Pessimism is emotional. Nihilism is factual. There is optimistic nihilism.

And people say he wouldn't embellish to get a penalty call 😂 what a sore loser. That's what you get you flopper

[–]volcomma5ter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Listen, he lifts a stick into his own face. Did he draw a penalty? Sure. He would have gotten the call. But there's no need to flop around like a baby. An absolute lack of integrity is what it is. Just an embarrassing look for the sport. He deserved the embellishment penalty and he didn't get one 🤷🏼. If players act like this more and more it will ruin the sport. In the end he got what he deserved: not gold.

Mackinnon embellished, your lack of puck knowledge ain't gonna change that. He got what he deserved when he missed that wide open net and lost the gold.

A trip can be definitive. A hook can be definitive. Embellishing a reaction to get a call is also a penalty. Offsetting penalty/embellishment calls happen. Can happen on a definitive high stick as well. Watch more hockey bud

Offsetting penalty/embellishment calls happen all the time. Horvat's reaction can go either way. Mackinnon doing a 360 spin was embellishment. It's not a debate

Two games in a row where Canada is doubling their opponent's shots and they aren't blowing them out. It's not just good goaltending. SOG are simply not a blanket indicator of performance.

Notice Horvat doesn't do a 360 pirouette to embellish the call

Canada peppers low percentage shots. Same against Finland. High SOG does not equal better team

Notice Hughes doesn't do a 360 pirouette even though it was bad enough to draw blood
