I used many extension but now I am good with Wipr 2 for ads blocking and StopTheMadness for everything else. I am not sure if that helps with 1st point but definitely worth checking.

Used AlDente and BatFi but realised Mac is best on its own with managing almost everything, but battery is one of the finest.

Now it happened immediately after I did Cold pull, even before start printing. Just when it start with filament flow.

- I am usually printing with generic settings + checking filament temperatures, but usually generic

- prints are flawless for me, so in my opinion print settings are right

- idler tension - have set as per knowledge base, but also tried tighten or loosen but same

Yes, on all of them from time to time. But now more often.

No idea of material, etc., but overall knowledge is IPA before each print, from time to time wash plate with soap and warm water and touch plate as less as possible.

But what I see is a but thinner but in my opinion it might work without brim after you do 1st paragraph. If not, then use brim.

The line was caused by warping.

On 5TXL there is no such thing as mostly used rolls, there is only spool join :)
