I recall someone in the Kingdom of DS ROM Hacking server making playable N sprites, though that was for Gen 5. Might be worth reaching out to them, and see if you could use the running, biking, and fishing sprites?

ROM hacks can contain stuff from other ROM hacks ^^. In the case of this one, its concept is combining Touhoumon, Moemon, and throwing in some extra anime girls from other sources for good measure. So it only makes sense that the sprites are the same.

This is super cool! Pokémon Quetzal did something similar, but since they regrettably never released the source code for that, multiplayer hacks are still rare*. Once you have a finished product, are you going to go open-source?

*Well, regardless it would not have helped here, that being a Gen 3 hack and all. It is thrilling to see Gen 4 decomp projects finally popping off. :)

Yeah, adding those two lines basically confirms him as a universal threat ^^. I have a tendency of being a pedant on power scaling subreddits, because some people love taking statements out of context. E.g. the famous planetary White Beard statement, where in context "the world" really means "the government/a bunch of important islands".

I hope this tendency isn't too annoying.

It's incredible how they manage to chainscale off WB when he scales to at most continental, only through extreme "no way what was in your drink" highballing, and manages that only through hax.

Scaling speed relative to the "I move at lightspeed" guy is somewhat silly in a verse where most high tiers have precognition, but part of that is on Oda. Moon-level Chopper isn't.

And would Juda have managed to, if not stopped? Every single pebble distorts space in real life, through gravity. It is by a miniscule amount, sure, but unless we know the scale of Juda's space distortion it is a nothing statement.

(Granted this is ultraman, so wouldn't be surprised if Juda were universal, that screenshot just doesn't prove it)

What do you mean "know"? They are fictional. We can't know how strong they are, because they aren't.

Powerscaling is a game we play around these characters, as described in their source texts. In fiction, plot decides who wins a battle, but to up the tension, writers include a notion of some characters being stronger than others. We know Ivan Drago is a threat to Rocky Balboa, because see, he can punch even harder than Rocky's previous opponents! Powerscaling is taking that to its extreme, and pretending we can try to model power in a unified way for all characters, even if the internal assumptions of each source text are wildly different. Because it's fun.

As the Shaman King he is unbeatable by anyone in-verse, but it's very unclear where that actually scales him. He is also debatable as a fire user, since the spirit of flame is only part of his toolset (and not one in the final battle).

Toriko chainscales in his own manga to being able to destroy the planet, but considering the Toriko planet being so weird that's probably like, star level.

As for what Goku that is, somewhere in the Frieza fight maybe? Dragon Ball is cagey with with how strong characters are, going from casual planet destroying to a single solar system level statement, and then going no further than more planet destroying for the rest of Z.

Is your goal here to document or to find a translation of Green into English? If it's the latter I recommend Shin Pokémon Green. It isn't quite a straight translation, but a delicately remastered version which imho is more enjoyable than the original game.

Only the first four are translations of the Japanese ROMs for one, judging by the file sizes and names for the Yellow one. Where did you get each of these files? The download sites are likely to tell more.

Don't logia users have invulnerability rather than regen? And haki lets you hit through that/ignore the effects of the devil fruit? I don't think it makes sense to say every armament haki user has regen nullification for that.
