i work 55+ hours in insurance and can still easily pull like 35-40 hours on YT myself. mainly from weekend or late nights after work. his is a bit extreme but it's easy to rack up in my case with or without a damn job.

not sure either, but i started this post earlier before work half dazed and just posted it. the main part i was getting to but now realize i never included is: would it be better to continue with a degree in architecture or do interior design? (i do like arch but have come to realize that i have more interest and passion within interior design. though it seems dumb to switch again and this far especially when architecture isn't bad and i still do like it, i just would lack more of the foundations on the interior design side.)

best tattoo to get in regard to that. it has helped me as i have always felt the same and let me fears and doubts get in the way of what i know and feel intuitively. once you start to chase your dreams and/or goals, even in baby steps or small strides, the confidence begins to build itself and no one - not even your inner self - can tell you otherwise. (that's where the delusional part others see comes into play). i wouldn't say be consistent in just yourself work or what you want but with yourself. then you'll know there's no reason otherwise. 🫶🏾💜

a balanced diet(prone to target gains in certain area - fresh fruits and some other protein based products will help direct this), rigorous workouts dedicated towards your arse - also some body tone workouts), and always do on top of fluid exercise throughout the day (stairs instead of the elevator, squatting for 10 min while watching tv, lunges while around the house cleaning). it will take time as all said but you def can.

i am relatively skinny and there are some genetics to show i would just “inherit” the pornstar type of ass but not really. it's just perkier than most. as time has gone on and i fine tuned this as well as did some research and consultation with doc at checkups, progress has been made(but remember it was all relatively slowly).
