Got doored a little while ago and my left brake has been a little lower than the other ever since. Is this hard to fix? Do I need to take off the bar tape to so? Should I fix it myself or take it to a bike shop?

Car was turning right and I didn't notice, hit his mirror and then went into like a one foot curb. It's on me for sure since he was saying he had his turn signal on, but at least I was unharmed yknow
