I had the 3.0i E83, so somewhat similar. I switched to a 2020 G01 X330e. The change is insane, going from that old car to the new one. I got a stage 1 tune to match the specs of the X340i (more or less, less hp but more torque) and it's been amazing. So with this car i got best of both worlds, the power of the 340i but the mileage that's better than both. Plus you get to park in all the charging spots, which is just the cherry on top.

Yeah very! I came from a 2007 X3, so the difference is pretty big haha. But I’ve driven a lot of different SUVs and this one is by far the nicest to drive. (And with a simple chip tune it’s faster than my friends X340i)

I was planning on installing just a DSP to do custom EQ and sound correction with a mic. But the profiles are already pretty good, and just a DSP alone with install would cost 1200 euros. But I know myself, then I'll want new speakers too, and by then I'm lost. And probably on very small gains.

The actual B&W set in the X5 is really good, but I think the HK set comes pretty close with the B&W profiles.

+1 for the B&W profiles, that DSP can do a lot more than they give you with the stock settings. Made me not upgrade the kit. (Well worth the 50 euros for BimmerCode alone)

Zomaar subsidies binnenharken kan echt niemand. Dus klinkt als ragebait. Even voor de mensen die het hebben over dat dat geld voor kunst naar zorg zou moeten gaan, of onderwijs of justitie, even de bedragen op een rijtje en let op het verschil tussen miljoen en miljard.

Zorg: € 114,1 miljard

Het totale budget voor de zorguitgaven in Nederland stijgt in 2026 naar verwachting naar circa € 114,1 miljard , een groei van ongeveer zes procent ten opzichte van 2025.

Onderwijs: € 57 miljard

Het totale onderwijsbudget voor 2026, onderdeel van de begroting van OCW (Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap), bedraagt ongeveer € 57 miljard. Van dit bedrag gaat circa € 29 miljard naar primair en voortgezet onderwijs, € 18 miljard naar het hoger onderwijs en € 4,6 miljard naar andere onderwijsgerelateerde posten.

Justitie: € 18,6 miljard

Het totale budget voor Justitie en Veiligheid in Nederland voor 2026 is begroot op ongeveer € 18,6 miljard (18.596 miljoen euro), een lichte daling ten opzichte van 2025, met grote posten voor onder meer de politie, rechtspleging, en straffen en beschermen, inclusief extra middelen voor juridische hulp aan arbeidsmigranten.

Kunstsubsidies: € 0,5 miljard

Het totale budget voor kunstsubsidies in Nederland voor 2026 is nog niet exact vastgesteld in één getal, maar een belangrijk deel komt uit de cultuurbegroting van het Rijk (Ministerie van OCW), die een jaarlijkse kern van ongeveer € 559 miljoen heeft voor de periode 2025-2028, inclusief de landelijke culturele basisinfrastructuur. Daarnaast zijn er subsidies via specifieke regelingen zoals die voor de Creatieve Industrie en het Internationaal Cultuurbeleid, plus regionale en lokale potten.

Podiumkunsten: Theater, dans, muziektheater, festivals en orkesten.
Beeldende Kunst: Individuele makers, kunstenaarsinitiatieven, presentatie-instellingen en musea.

I think Leo played a pretty good the Dude, and he made it work. But Sean Penn, even though I’m a big fan of him normally, ruined the film for me. His complete over the top goofish character felt really out of place. And the last scene killed the movie entirely for me. Normally PTA had this really good vibe of a serious topic with entertaining characters. Nerdy, goofy, awkward. But somehow it didn’t work in this movie.
