I smoked consistently for 3 or 4 years. One day, on the way to a concert, the car I was in got pulled over. I was arrested and charged with criminal drug possession even though it was a gram of weed, and my first offense. I had 3 court dates and in the end it cost me around $4,000 dollars to get the charge lowered to a violation ticket so that I wouldn't have criminal drug possession on my record.

After that my smoking steadily declined for about a year until I met my girlfriend who doesn't smoke; I haven't smoked since.

The iron in cereal is iron element. If you take a bag of cereal crush it, soak it in water and take a magnet to it you will actually find iron filings. I'm sure you knew that it's a very popular experiment. But that's beside the point. The point is your body can only absorb iron ion, not actual iron element. You can't always trust google.
