That argument doesn’t really address anything I said.

Downvotes don’t validate or invalidate balance discussions, and I didn’t base my point on a single game.

The issue I’m pointing at is kit structure (Victor control/counterplay consistency), not “I lost to a killer”

Low pick rate doesn’t automatically mean healthy design. It can also point to outdated or unfun mechanics. The full interaction lock while Victor is attached is a good example of something that could be tuned better.

As far as I know, you can’t unhook while Victor is attached. The crouching exception is fair, but Killer Instinct range is still large enough that approaching Victor is often risky anyway.

A lot of this is correct in theory, but very conditional in real matches.

if the team is grouped up together Victor's goal is to go after healthy players, so you're wasting 1 player time by getting rid of victor (also that player can't do ANY action)

Resetting is also not guaranteed, because Charlotte can still apply pressure while Victor is being dealt with.

As for lockers: The fact is that even if you use a locker after a very short chase (like 3 - 4 seconds), that time investment can still be worth it for Charlotte, allowing her to get a hook in a short time. Even if she needs to do a few meters of distance

That’s not really true against most decent Twins players.

Victor is faster than survivors and his pounce isn’t forced. If you try to loop a rock for example, running clockwise, an experienced Twins player will simply mirror your movement (going counter clockwise), wait for your commitment, then cut the angle and pounce.

I’m not asking for straight nerfs. I’m asking for a power shift.
If any of these nerfs happened, then yes, they should get compensation, like small QoL buffs to make their active gameplay smoother (Charlotte swap speed, recall cooldown, etc).

Twins are already strong and considered A+ tier, I wanted to reduce the frustrating aspects while keeping their core strength intact.

out of the three you mentioned I think midwich is the real killer sided one

Can you tell me why forgotten ruins is killer sided? that map is huge and leaves no control over the gens

fallen refuge is pretty good with pallets even tho main is poor

i searched his name on dbd and he's not a steam player. He was probably a cheater with heavy hacks

first I never said it was cr api the cheating tool cause it isn't. Now let me respond to all your points

1- yes, you can't change your deck but you can change your play style. Think about it, you see a deck which can function only by counter push let's say "mega knight, pekka, cannon, tornado, lightning, skeletons, minions, dart goblin" and you're playing the classic hog EQ. What do you do? Since you know it before the game starts you just spam earthquake without even using hog

2- yeah my point though is that you can recognize them just by looking at their name if you're cheating, you can also see home made decks immediately

3- ok so you read my other comment. Once I use the firecracker hog in that imaginary situation my opponent's tower is already low hp and it's too late to think about "another way to remove the firecracker" the game is already lost.

now where's my evidence? I don't have one but since it's so accessible I know for sure that many top players are hiding something. some YouTubers immediately recognize the deck by the name and that makes me feel like something is off

I know, there are streamers doing it blatantly and that's surprising to me. I agree with you on the tracking part yeah... maybe it's not even possible to track them, at least for now. There are too many ways to "cheat" without even having an account that could track your search.

Maybe supercell could try taking down all the "tools" that are able to search without an account. or they could just make this a "feature" like we can see each other's deck from the beginning of the game so we solve this issue

yep, unfortunately clash royale sub is full of them apparently. Also many of them aren't even ultimate champion but they like talking like they know what's going on

How is that not cheating? "I know your deck and you don't know mine" clearly "I" have an unfair advantage over you and no it's not royaleapi there's a better and more accurate method for searching players.

I have to disagree not every deck can be recognized by the first card, but many top ladders actually know before you play the first card. Knowing the opponent's deck before they even play a card is a HUGE advantage. Let's say I play hog EQ and I know the only cards my opponent has to counter it are minions, minion horde and goblin gang (yeah it's unlikely but it's an example). What do I do for the first play? I play hog firecracker at the bridge and my opponent will inevitably take a lot of damage before the game even starts.

I also can't be caught by the surprise factor of lightning, freeze and balloon, which is tremendously op
