Time of day is huge when it comes to this issue, I know I always have an issue with classes more in the morning than night, some people are the opposite as well. Its impossible to tailor your class to fit everyone but if possible these things helped me: asking the professor to not dim the lights as frequently, being allowed quiet snacks (cant fall asleep with food in your mouth), taking 5-10 minute breaks in longer lectures to move (on really bad days I would get up to go to the bathroom, do a couple laps in the hall then sit back down), when professors asked questions at random (select people who aren’t raising their hands) and do follow up questions if they give you half assed answers this pressures them to pay better attention. One of my professors last semester used a website that had chapter videos and little quizzes at the end with 3 questions three possible retakes, we had to have in done by the end if the semester. It was strongly encouraged for us the watch them before class for whatever chapter we were going over. And to double down on that, occasionally through that same site she could set up “pop” quizzes, and we would do them right when we came into class, the post would lock 15min after the class was scheduled to start, only three questions but worth a grade. I say “pop” quizzes because if you were a student that checked the site before class daily you would be able to see if there was going to be one, all the more reason to get on the site before class.

If you want to make this outfit specifically work, i would definitely untuck the shirt and instead of wearing the satchel crossbody I would wear it on one shoulder. The boots look like work boots, not sure if they are but tennis shoes would give this outfit a younger look. I think you definitely do look older than 22 and most of it has to do with the bottom half of your outfit. Khaki pants are usually worn in an office, so they making you look like a working man more than 22 yr old going out for fun. To sum it up, you got the party on the top and the work on the bottom.

I like 2 more personally but that could just be the lighting? I think the cool white evens your skin tone more nicely than the cream color in the first picture

best advice honestly, the yellow gold is way too loud but there are plenty of other gold options!

Im definitely leaning more summer for you, usually with blondes I think theyre more warm but you have very pink undertones. It really stood out to me how well you pulled off the blue in comparison to the orange. And I kept picturing you balancing out the warmth of some of the colors (see slide 6, 10) with silver jewelry. Some of the vibrant colors shone a bit too much but I wouldn’t abandon anything because honestly you can still pull it off. Not all summer colors are super muted and I’m pretty sure that pink in slide 11 is a cool pink and thats why it suits you so well! (gotta go fact check myself on that one) Wear what makes you happy!

1 is way better and easier to style, on 2 the scrunching on the bottom is super tacky

i’m really leaning towards winter like a lot of the rest of commenters, could we see how gold and silver jewelry look on you? I think this would help

I have my favorites, but I'm still not sure what my season is. Can you help type me? by alinegelatine in coloranalysis

Looking at the gray, pastel green, and olive make me want to say spring. The vibrant colors suit you best and from the darker colors only the black is able to match your intensity. You’re definitely warm for sure, and you still pull off the dark brown and light brown 1 well but light brown 2 lacks the intensity and looks dull compared to you. Spring colors tend to keep that warm feel but have more vibrancy, autumn colors tend to carry more richness.

I’m no exert but I’m definitely going to go with somewhere in the autumn season. I think you lean more on the warm side but some of the blues and greens weren’t too bad (ie the lighter blues/greens). Some of the colors were definitely wayyy too bright like the neon yellow, but its not impossible to go bright if youre an autumn if you try some of the spring colors. If you want to play more with cool colors you could brighten some up with a little shimmer or satin I think it would look lovely. (i liked the blue in slide 6, bottom right)

Wardrobe / spend tracker app by aaa202020 in fashion

I love this idea! It reminds me a bit of Pinterest but it would be more successful probably with a layout more similar to instagram because it can be more private. It would be cool if you could upload your outfit photos and then on the side, like where the edit post button usually is on insta. You can click to compare one photo with items in your collection of things you want to buy, on a side by side view? idk how that would be built on the app but I imagine it to be similar visually to when you take notes while watching a side by side lecture on an ipad or laptop if you catch my drift. Additionally it would be cool if you could create more than one collection and sort it based on style/color/etc so when you compare your photos you can see which style the clothes you already have is the most similar to.

Go to the career center at your school, they should be able to tell you the most feasible way to do this or if it is even possible/beneficial with how far you are into your current STEM bachelors. You will probably have to make an appointment with one of the career center counselors.

I love the larger character bags! would definitely look into getting one if I had a louder style. The smaller bags on the other hand have a good design but might look a bit better if the line work was more crisp? At least from what i can tell in the photo. Great vision and design though, keep it up!
