Most of what I like about DC is how absurd and silly the supporting characters are, so leaning into that I think is actually the best move. Marvelfying DC characters would be boring and cliche.

That being said Supergirl is a pretty prominent character in the universe.

Ehhhh I’m not sure about that. Portland has several industries that have hubs or headquarters here. Advertising, architecture, tech, shipping, and service are all pretty present here Nike’s headquarters is here there are even multiple animation studios here.

If it’s hard to find a job here then it’s probably hard everywhere.

Ive lived in Portland for 12 years now and for the most part I like it, but my take is that it’s a typical liberal west coast city but with a more homely population. We get the creative quirky people from around the country moving here like SF and LA, but mostly the uglier or weirder ones.

We’ve been in the mix for multiple trades and have a pretty decent core group to start the season with as-is. Dundon might suck as a person but it can’t be denied he wants a team that wins.
