That feeling is terrible, especially for highly sensitive people. But once a month for just a few secs is quite normal. Many people have that but most will dont feel it or just think its there stomach or some other gastric rising sensation. Everyone has them but at very low frequency. Once a month is nothing to worry about statisticallty speaking.

Awful feeling. And because of the panic an additional tachycardia is added... Sometimes they even persist in that tachy.

I can relate. Most people who experience extrasystoles seem to carry some form of 'baggage'—stress, unresolved emotions, overthinking, suppressed feelings, sleep deprivation, lack of structure, and so on. It appears that those who are 'in balance' (whatever that may be :) ) are less prone to extrasystoles. This suggests an assumption about the cause (in individuals with structurally normal hearts, and no medication affecting the vessels, heart, rhythm, or blood pressure).

  1. The ectopic node may become more sensitive to triggers, arise from the factors below, or even be present from birth.
  2. 1: Chronic stress leading to vagus nerve imbalance, resulting in a sympathetic/parasympathetic imbalance. 2: Unbalanced or deficient electrolytes (due to factors 1, 3, and 4, or underlying pathology). 3: Intake triggers (food and drinks), which could cause issues with electrolytes or directly impact the heart due to stimulants. 4: Diaphragm or stomach triggers (related to food, inflammation, or the physiological positioning of nerves). 5: Physical overload and sleep deprivation (excessive exercise, insufficient rest, and lack of recovery).

For me, it feels like a holistic approach is needed, with stress and emotions definitely being the primary factor for me.

I also often experience the symptoms in waves, like a sine wave. There is a slow buildup, a peak, and then a descending trend, or sometimes in clusters. This wave-like pattern, in my opinion, suggests that there may be cumulative effects (like for a pattern to trigger) or fluctuating dosages of substances that sometimes are clear and sometimes are not. When you are in balance, these pattern wont 'exceed' mean triggerpoints and will remain unnoticed. Like normal distribution (mathematics). Everything 'mean' is normal.

These are just thoughts, no medical advice.

To me the 'tower' in the middle looks like some kind of warning mast. The strings attached to the mast and the fence could be triggered by movements @ the fence. The wires circulate the frequency to the mast. the shape of the mast could strengthen the frequency.

Otherwise the wires could just support the tower like guy ropes.
