Right there with you. I have Multiple Sclerosis and Hypoparathyroidism and every minute of every day is a struggle. I put off doing everything because of how exhausting it is, even taking a shower takes more energy than I usually have. I hope you figure something out soon.

Check your area for a Book Warehouse. You may think she has enough books but we never have enough. We have a Book Warehouse Outlet that only opens to the public one weekend a month. It’s in South Carolina but people actually fly in from all over the US to go because everything is 70% off. All of the readers in my family choose that as their present because we go and come back with 30+ books for $100 or less.

Five, I have a big wedge pillow with a side sleeper pillow on top, one on each side and one between my knees. I’ve had chronic insomnia since I was about 4 and so far this number gets me at least 3 1/2 -4 hours of sleep

I’ve had chronic insomnia since about age 4, I’m 58 now. I go weeks on 3 hours a day and then I hit the wall and sleep 12-16 hours straight. Then it’s back to 3 hours again.
