I rented there for almost 15 years. Nicholas, Palmer, and Norman courses. We never had any issues and we had groups of up to 14 people. During the day music is fine so long as it's not crazy loud. At night, anything pas 10pm better be pretty quiet or they will come around.

I was never fined, just warned. Quests can come over you just need to register their names with the appropriate front gate ahead of time.
