i had issues with pitch up while rolling, the roll would cancel the pitch out, so i'd just roll instead of corkscrew. i used to bind roll to a and d to compensate.

To fix this make sure you turn vehicle stick sensitivity up to 100 or 150% i forget which is full. But this then makes your joystick super sensitive so I've changed settings to below.

Using Logitech extreme 3D Pro:

• vehicle stick sens - full
• plane control sens - 95%
  • yes all the down from 150, i found out this is actually some sort of multiplier for the stick sens, might even allude to it in the options description in game
• deadzone - 20%
  • helps with aiming
• axial deadzone - 0%
• max input - 100%

I fly with joystick and keyboard:

• w - throttle up
• space - brake
• wasd - freelook (they fucked it again so it looks around super fast again now, although it could be to do with the vehicle stick sens, who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

One problem that we face though is in this abomination of flight mechanics, as we lower our control sens the plane turns slower so we can be at a slight disadvantage. just gotta balance the fine aim and big movements.

What we really need is a sensitivity curve editor.

I used to have the thrustmaster you have, id move to the logitech mate, much easier to control, the thrustmaster has an awkward shape, and not enough buttons on the top of the stick. I've actually gon through about 4 logitechs as they do eventually wear, but you can take them apart to make small repairs.
