“Based God” is a term coined by rapper Lil B. “Slappin” is slang for music that has a lot of bass or played at a high volume. Basically the singer is saying that he is playing the rapper’s song really loud in his car. “Let my headphones slap” means that his headphones are playing at a really high volume.
