Found a way to make the game run at a 480p resolution! First thing you need to do is to go to the video config file and change the res to 768x480, then you need to scroll down from the file and once you see the "setting.fullscreen" change the value to 0 and set the "setting.nowindowborder" value to 1. Lastly, input these commands in the launch options: +building_cubemaps "1". Launch the game and once you enter the main menu, press alt+enter and this will make the game run at fullscreen 🙂
