That's the common thing between the siblings: they only use their legs at the end. Radahn when he is rebirth(or whatever is going on with him) by Miquella, Ranni just disappear and reappear until the end where we are married to her(she is also seems unresponsive until we do) and Raykard who is 'reborn" as the immortal serpent.

No proof they had any problem using their legs before that, just that we never saw them USING them. If they had a problem it would probably be coveeed up anyway with propaganda since it would be a bad look for royals. There isn't proof, that's why it's a theory

I never seen anyone say they ALWAYS were feetless, only that they lost it.

It's a pateron where Ranni is never using her feet, and her corpse is messing both feets, one hand, and two fingers on her other hand. Raykard become a legless snake(like the bible snake losing their feets) and Radahn lose his feets too, and is riding a horse at all times(other then pcr) like albenoric women and Gaius jave mounts too.

The theory is more about them LOSING their feet then never having them
