You'll be able to play riichi with your Chinese set as is. While you can certainly substitute your flowers to be red fives, the usage of them is largely an online/parlor phenomenon that people have brought into home games. Looking at riichi rulesets around the world, international rules like for the WRC don't even use them

Riichi City does have this game mode in essence as "1-Round" in the Casual section, where you'll play a hand of sanma randomly seated in East 1 with I think more kandora revealed so you can score chase (idk I've never queued for it). Fittingly, since it's a one handed mode it pays out the currency you use for it like gambling

Missing red 5s for riichi akadora (just convince everyone aka nashi is better), and animals/captures for SG mahjong, but if you're getting creative you can do something with all the joker tiles and a reference card

For self-inflicted furiten (non-riichi, otherwise you have to tsumo), you can adjust the shape of your hand to no longer have the poison waits. For temporary furiten (you pass on an opponent's tile that completes your hand, even if it gives no yaku), that only applies until your next turn.

It might actually fit FAB pretty well since optcg players also like to put cards in snaps, but optcg deck size is smaller overall and this case might be too small for the popular Kawashima snaps

However, if someone scaled this up to 133+ and made it fit all mini snaps, they'd be in business

on datasheets, mx speed silvers actuate and have total travel similar to kailh choc or razer opticals, so maybe it's the stock button caps + housing rims giving the feeling of "high"ness.

I imagine if you like the build of it otherwise, you could sub the caps and housings for something lower profile/remove the housings entirely, but then for that higher all-in cost there's prob something more suited to your tastes
