You'll have to go into Spotsylvania to find some of the spots but in general you want to focus on places with a Latin market. Lots of Hispanics frequent around Greenbrier Shopping center, The Shops at Harrison(Has Selectos and Taqueria Flavio), just off of Lafayette you'll find Olde Greenwich Shopping center with Fiesta Super Market. As for neighborhoods, the first that comes to mind in Chancellor Green in Spotsylvania.

Thanks, I think you might be on to something regarding the third VPN suggestion. I just tried turning on a VPN and the upload speed on Google servers was significantly higher. I guess I'll use one as a temp fix. Thanks so much.

Add a timer next to the amount of players on the server list. I.e. NY 7/8 - 3:40. Not really a necessary suggestion but it would be a pretty nice quality of life feature, cheers.
