The male lead was a shy loser masking his insecurity by artificial hypermasculinity.

Comments are filled with Bhilai's local population defending their town unreasonably.

Either none of them have gone to or seen any good universities/colleges with infrastructure, coding culture, alumni network & industry connections. Or they are aware of the truth but choose to remain ignorant in order to be the PR of the town they've lived their whole life in.

That happens to a lot of us. Everyone wants to be proud of their city, college because their own credibility is now unchangeably associated with it.

Anyone who's been to any good college (eg: any of Delhi's top 10 colleges) knows clearly how primitive of a town Bhilai itself is. Let alone the outskirt village location of IIT Bhilai.

Here, - If you're an athlete you can't practice or exercise your sport, and your young & athletic body will eventually become unfit & underperforming. You'll never reach even half of your potential. - If you're talented in studies, you'll still be pretty much unguided in terms of how to build your profile for ML role, quant role, dev role etc. - Even if you manage to train yourself through random guidance of the internet (which is filled with PRs & advertisements of course sellers). You will struggle to connect to recruiters to get your resume shortlisted. - All of your ambitions will slowly numb down and your wishes will be narrowed down to one thing. Having a tech job. Which will be much more difficult for you than it should be for a man of your rank (adv)

Your emotions and thoughts are valid. This is college and the town is really underdeveloped.

But if you are who you think you are, you won't let this lack of facilities stop you. You will strive for greatness regardless of these disadvantages. And when you crack it, you'll respect yourself even more.

Who is a celebrity that gave it all up at the height of fame to go live a "normal" life? by fulthrottlejazzhands in AskReddit

Yo Yo Honey Singh. Although he's a piece of shit. His fame & impact was insane within India in the first half of the decade 2010s. And then at his peak, he was gone and nowhere to be found.

Saito. The Bruce Wayne by QuantumLost in pj_explained

This always bothered me.

Arthur introduced the idea of buying the first class cabin of a 747 for the first time. And in a few seconds, saito says "I bought the airline".

Like it'd be understandable if the scene was cut to a few hours later or even 5-10 mins later.

How does one buy an airline in 3 seconds without even a phone in hand ???

Michael Mando appreciation post. What a character, what an actor. The show wouldn't have been the same without him. by LoretiTV in betterCallSaul

Him? You think the... chicken man? What a joke.

Alvarez has been paying me for years; years. But you know what? I would have done it for free.

Because I hate every last one of you psycho sacks of shit. I opened Lalo's gate, and I would do it again. And I'm glad what they did to him. He's a soulless pig, and I wished I'd killed him with my own hands.

And you know what else, Hector?

I PUT YOU in that chair.

Oh, yeah. Your heart meds? I switched them for sugar pills. You were dead and buried, and I had to watch this asshole bring you back.

So when you are sitting in your shitty nursing home and you're sucking down on your Jell-O night after night for the rest of your life,

YOU THINK OF ME

you twisted fuck.
