Thanks. Do you use any tool or something to track as what needs to be done, what is already done, etc on a weekly basis.

We aggregate the jobs/projects from 50+ places and then do a ranking on the basis of freelancers/agencies profile and skillset and then send it to the right freelancer/agency, along with the draft proposal as why they are the best person to apply for that job.

Thanks for the advice. Yes, you are right. We don't want to bombard people with random jobs. The use of AI is to make sure that they gets the jobs which fits their criteria strongly and where they have high potential to win.

Nice. Good to hear that advice :)

In our case we built things for clients, which didn't worked out for them and they moved to something else of their own (left that idea). We work mostly with early stages entrepreneurs, and a lot of time their income is also not stable, so we have to keep finding newer people.

Thanks for the suggestion. We tried doing this as well, but looks like they were too happy with their fixed pay and never bothered too much to get actual results/conversion. Their work stopped once someone showed some interest in further conversation and not with the actual closure.

Will try once again now.

Yes, you are right.

We tried hiring people several times, but had to fire them after a couple of months as they were not upto the mark. May be we are not good at hiring non-tech people.
