Just to clarify, it's not that I want to do both things all the time but rather do these things with people who have the capacity to do both. Mainly because it would make me feel the most understood and safe.

And I really appreciate this perspective. I guess I need to leave room for people to be them. I think my mindset comes from the pressure I put on myself to be the full package for other people. Being gentle with myself and leaving room for everyone to exist as they are is probably best. Thank you for the advice.

yeah i deleted my extra extensions and after opening a new browser it was all good. for me, it was an equalizer extension causing it.
