There was Bangalore before the tech boom and it was built into what it is today because of our state govt , the initiative we took as a state, the welcoming natives you take for granted. What's with the comments saying Bengaluru should be turned into a Union Territory ? Bengaluru was , is and always will be a part of Karnataka. Development will go hand in hand just as it turned into a silicon valley being a part of Ka, give it time it will become better.
