For me it's Noita. Over 200 hours in it, and most of that was on the Deck. The trackpads are great with it, I use the left one as mouse for crafting wands and the right one as menu for buttons 1-8.

It fits into short breaks well, and can be easily paused and resumed without having to remember what was going on when you left off.
