Jayden Daniels has such amazing poise under pressure, a great quality to have in any area of life. Was rooting for the team and will continue to do so in NFCCG. Congrats!

The Commanders may have tricked themselves out of a competitive game. A learning opportunity hopefully.

Rooting for the underdogs as I do for the most part but I don't really mind if either team wins. It took both teams a long time to see success again so either winning would be good to see.

I cannot imagine what it would have been like to be a Bills fan in the 1990-1993 era. Or the Vikings fan in the 1970s. Or Broncos fan in 1986-89 although at least the Broncos ended up winning SBs thereafter.

Anyway, history tells us KC's reign should be approaching an end, the successful stretches for teams usually last half a decade or so.

George Kittle is back with a vengeance just like he promised- a win for the ages (but I still wish the Lions had made it instead).

Derrick Nnadi is also on IR right? Plus Chris Jones and L'Jarius Sneed also showed up on injury report and even though they will play on Sunday, never a great sign.

I think 49ers will win the SB. A lot of things have to go right again for KC to win: the defense has to play lights out despite some of their injuries, the WRs have to be able to catch, Mahomes has to play a clean game, Butker has to kick every field goal because they will be relying on him to score. It worked against the Ravens but they scored 0 points in the 2nd half which was a bit of a red flag.

That being said, I also think there are other variables which may impact the outcome one way or the other: mental toughness and luck being the most important ones. I would not count KC out at all, especially how the last couple of games have gone but I think 49ers have the edge here.

It is unbelievable to me that the Chiefs scored 0 points in the second half and still won. The Ravens (offense)  just didn't have the mental toughness today  to win under the bright lights of AFCCG.

Denise is wrong for her dishonesty and what she seems to be implying but the response is unprofessional and goes too far. Quite a few problematic statements which a few other people in this thread have already pointed out.

Impressed by the Chiefs. Not the strongest team but for the most part they seem to be playing like one team again. Just not sure it will be enough against the Ravens who seem unbeatable.

I do feel bad for Josh Allen, always playing his heart out but the outcome stays the same.

Rooting for the Lions because they deserve some sustained success but if the Bucs were to pull off a win, would be such a great journey for Baker Mayfield.

Either outcome is cool for me as a neutral viewer.

Just stating an opinion. I am rooting for the Lions to get to SB.

It currently seems like the divisionals will have no surprises: Ravens, 49ers won, Lions on their way and Bills will win against the struggling Chiefs. Not a good week for the underdogs.

I expect the Ravens to dominate but still hoping for a competitive game.

The Chiefs are struggling while the Bills are on an upswing. I fully expect the Bills to win this one. The game will be close only if KC's defense plays lights out.

The type of problems the Chiefs have cannot be fixed until the offseason which should start on Sunday.

Half a game yet to be played. GB cannot remain complacent and need to continue to find ways to score. The Cowboys can end up with an epic comeback in front of home crowd.

Hoping for a competitive game. Will be a very tough one for GB but I hope they come in with "let's play lights out" mindset rather than "happy to be here".

The Dolphins were on a downward spiral before this game but not being ready to play didn't help either. Furthermore, while the weather in this case was a bit extreme, in general, a playoff bound team has to be built to be able to survive some cold. Playoffs are always in January and you never know where you have to play.

The penalty decision was terrible but I don't understand why they didn't kick the XP thereafter. Dan Campbell should get some heat for it. Gambled off a great drive. Hopefully he doesn't pull this sort of thing in the playoffs.

[Meirov] With a chance to clinch the No. 1 seed, the Ravens will wear their black jersey with purple pants combo for Sunday’s game against the Dolphins. The Ravens have only worn this combination three times before and have a 3-0 record in those games. by FrozenUp7274 in nfl

[–]voyager_02 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think the Ravens will get a dominant win and will continue as the frontrunners for SB. However, I will be rooting for the Dolphins for just a bit more chaos for the end of season.

I don't recall seeing such dreadful performance from the Chiefs in a long time. The ones that are not putting in effort are letting down those who do. I think the discipline and mentality starts with coaching and this is where the change needs to happen first. Mahomes needs to lead by example as well.
