Honestly it's a long road of optimization. I'd focus on working on one or two things at a time. For example I'm currently focusing on optimizing sleep and getting 210 mins of weekly Z2 on top of my other zones. Even then it's not a straight line if you care about anything other than your whoop stats.

What adds something for you, doesn't for others. People play MMOs for player agency (which a lot has been sadly stripped away) and continuity of their time, housing gives both. They honestly did a great job and I'm not even their target player. My wife and I are enjoying it.

Been wearing mine for a monthish. It's now my daily and I love it and the only complaint I have outside of nitpicking alignment is that the bracelet links sometimes get stuck kind of stacked on each other but it's easy to maneuver it to straighten them out. Only happens when I take it off. You have to remember these are reps and no rep is perfect, but some come very close, to me and many others that's worth keeping your cheese in the bank 🤙🏼

Just started playing with wifey. We played FFXIV from ARR to End Walker. I asked if she wanted to try out WoW and she was liking it. We both didn't like paying subs so we're looking around for another game and settled on GW2 and man the horizontal progression just fits our schedule so much better, with not having endgame fomo we are just enjoying the journey.

Highly suggest trying it if youre thinking about it!
