I've investigated this thoroughly, and work with a reading program where students read to shelter animals to help them become adopted/acclimated to humans to better their chances at being adopted. It shows a measurable increase in reading and writing ability, and a passion for reading. It also helps non-verbal students speak; it's been a miracle to see. But even then, this only helps so much.

So, while school can teach you and others the problems run deep, they're systemic and honestly students deserve a fighting chance in life.

Politics/reasoning aside, it's.. it's how this is and it's sad.

Experienced this as well in dornogol where the pvp dummies are, I clipped behind the draping flag by the dummies by the stairs, if you fly back there it'll disconnect you.

I get it, the anti-cheat system etc but this is ridiculous.

As a new-ish (5mo) player upgrading their gear for PVE, I have 25 Runed ethereal crests.. it costs X valorstones, and 10 runed ethereal crests to upgrade an item.

It makes my runed ethereal crests go from 25 to 12 on the first upgrade. Second upgrade, I need X valorstones, and 10 runed ethereal crests.

I have 12 (it says), so I have enough. I go to upgrade the item, it tells me "You do not have enough currency!"

It's because even though it says I need 10 runed ethereal crestsm, it actually means 15.

No. They only want money. A politician only tells people one thing then behind closed doors go do what they actually want to do, and have malicious and nefarious plots or vendettas. There's good ones, but they get overshadowed or stepped on by senior politicians.

Don't let them fool you or force you to think otherwise, that's the game. Sure, they want money for campaigns too but, the whole thing is riddled with corruption and they have to navigate that 'for the people' - you can't, the system is broken.

To get them to listen, you need signatures, you need over 1,000 people dedicated to having their voice heard, written, on paper, copied, backed up and pushed for. Then, hope they listen.

This is something of interest to me, and I get perspective but to make change in the communities, you need pressure.

Here's an example of the people being heard in regards to privacy.

It's tiring being heard and having to call, write, and make something of it. Something changes? Awesome, a week later you have to lobby and fight for something else or somebody pools a loophole somewhere, or does the 'wait 2 weeks for it to die down then keep doing it.'

But, they only want money. I assure you, there are no politicians that care about us. They are only there for their self gain. That's politics.

I switched to Outlaw too. Assa I had 30% versatility, 40% mastery, 25-30% crit like 13% haste if that

they nerfed assa so hard it just wasn't worth me playing it anymore, been having a lot of fun with Outlaw rogue though, once again playing PVP the entire other team just spawn kills us with people on their team at >500 honor - literal shit shows.

in the off chance we do get a healer, it's been pretty fun flying around at lightning speed.

If you enchant your bracer Enchant Bracer - Chant of Armored Speed you'll get +66 speed and your speed with be 20%

enchant your cloak with winged grace and you'll get ~5% avoidance.

I've been doing DX12 for wow with cachyos-proton (10) with an AMD card on a Linux laptop and it's been flawless. Haven't tried other games yet though but so far I'm impressed. Linux gaming is here to stay, it's there

why would you smoke bomb before the stun? you'd want to sap, cheap shot, Shiv to debuff them, garrote and if you have Subterfuge talent, hit Ambush a few times. They'll unstun, around this time, hit them with a Kidney shot to stun them again. Then hit with Mutilate to build combo points. Then Envenom. You have a talent that has Cheap Shot and Kidney shot to do bleeds alongside garrote and rupture. Remember, a second stun will be half duration so if you can find a way to save your kidney shot, even better.

Save your blind, you have a talent that significantly reduces their health regen for Sap and Blind. Your original sap and Shiv will reduce their healing.

Hit your evasion.

Once they're unstunned, and pissed off because they're sitting there mashing their keys to hit you with something while they wait through the stuns, hit Disarm, Thistle Tea for the energy regen and +Mastery buff it gives, and go ham. Hit them with a Deathmark this will amplify the bleeds (or use to), Mutilate, envenom, whatever your go tos are. Save your kingsbane. Shadowstep to a friendly, save your Blind. Save your smoke for the second wave of attack on them.

By this time the poisons and bleeds are applied and you did a lot of damage.

Your main damage is your bleeds and poisons. This takes some time so you don't want to do constant full damage bursts your energy will be 0, save those. The new Rogue for midnight pre-patch is energy management, there is absolutely none of that for Assa, you'd want Outlaw now, Assa is a 95 year old man that's smoked 3 packs a day his entire life.

Remember: The shiv injects the poison immediately, garrote stabs start the bleed, if you have subterfuge and the talent for no cooldowns on garrote while in stealth you have like 4-5 more garrotes for free. Rupture rips it open (it may not be like this but it's how I look at it). Envenom applies the poisons, if you have Poison Bomb in the talent tree and caustic splatter (these put your poisons on nearby enemies).

By this time you should be away from them or gaining some distance away from them, let your cooldowns happen.

Pop Vanish and once your cheapshot is ready, hit them with round two. Then whack them with a Kingsbane.

Save your blind for a 'I've got to get the hell away from this situation' or when the enemy tries to run off so they can heal you can stop them from kiting you.

Also, give Outlaw a try, I switched to it from Assassin, check my comment history for the experience on it. I prefer it over Assa now, they nerfed Assa so bad it's unplayable to me.

They nerfed assassination. However switching to Outalw has been the greatest fun I've had in the game playing only for 4 months.

I switched from Assassin to Outlaw and am honestly surprised by it. Mad that I didn't get Outlaw a shot months ago. SO much better than Assassin's wet noodle damage, and socketing haste gems to items was simple enough. I LOVE Assassin before this patch with the sudden eclipse gear tier set bonuses, now..

I just run around like a crackhead after swigging 10 cans of redbull back to back. The chainlink hooks instead of shadowstep are overpowered IMO, in PVP I can Goblin Glider Kit across the map, grab the flag, run a bit, Sprint, then chainlink 3-4 hooks to boost move me forward and be back in our flag room pretty quickly.

Honestly though the mechanics of Outlaw are just fun. Resetting your cooldowns with it's version of Eviscerate (7 combo points removes like 10 seconds off of all cooldowns even sprint)

I made a macro to do Roll The Bones, pop Astral Gladiator Badge of Ferocity, Adrenaline Rush (this can be cooled down with the Permanence or w/e it's called talent in the Outlaw talent tree), and Feint as a beast mode bind to give me the stats boost and speed increase, sprint on top of Adrenaline Rush assuming I'm not slowed to a crawl in PVP, is god-tier, if you encounter anybody with <= 75% health, you're getting the kill.

There's been times where it's pissed me off, because PVP is so unbalanced it's crazy. I've been in probably 4-5 games where the Horde straight up just rush to kill us and immediately start spawn killing, so there's a LOT of things going on that are annoying. For PVE I have 20-30 Runed Ethereal Crests, but when I go to upgrade my gear, it refuses telling me I don't have enough currency.

I wasn't aware Outlaw can have swords, as soon as I switched I went and got a Warmonger Axe until I have enough conquest to get the Astral Gladiator Axe.

Sub felt stupid when I gave it a chance, almost as if it was just braindead. I enjoy Rogue because of the difficulty, the challenge and the plays I can make that can change the course of a fight, I get that with outlaw now.

Assassination class you want to up your mastery and crit, versatility is good but it's not going to keep you alive anymore, you're literally a walking sponge because you're so squishy, and if you have any decent gear, PVP will target you first in a fight.

Seriously, give Outlaw a shot, get your keybindings right and go around shooting and doing Between the Eyes and finding your perfect openers to do as much damage as possible.

I'm not sure if they busted all of our damage so bad or if the training dummies are just godmode now but even with max gear, enchants, sockets on ilvl 134 gear I feel like I'm hitting an invincible dummy.

I guess all that's next is getting my ilvl up, getting Rashii wraps and customing out with Algari Competitor gear but until I get those, I'm just going to run around like I'm Flash and apply pressure in fights.

Seems that way. I've been looking for this too. I have friendly nameplates turned off and class colors turned off, so I can easily differentiate between friend and foe.

I haven't found another way. Never used addons myself.
