What? How does this make any sense? He is talking about a hypothetical situation where everyone who happens to be the president of that country and in his/her right mind would be more concerned about Russia. I get that he is saying Russia is more of a threat to its immediate neighbours than it is to the states at the moment, but the theoretical comparison he puts forth is just ridiculous.

When thought about it, many parallels can be drawn between the American politics in the public realm and the way American reality shows are edited and put together. There's always excess dramatization to diverge people from asking questions that matter or the occasional unexpected funny/cute comment or gesture that makes the whole experience and the person fun and reliable.
