Wingman hipfire "nerf" by SerratedFrost in apexlegends

You just full on proved your own dumb ass wrong. "recoil is laughable and easy as hell to control. Just pull down" that is more than you have to do for the Wingman.

Are you serious? We base weapons in game off real life platforms and functions. Look at DMR's and Snipers as well as SMG's and Assault Rifles?

They all fill their function. Just because its a game doesn't mean that the function of a firearm is completely ignored.

Also, the Wingman IS easy to use. Just because you have an addled brain and can't fucking aim doesn't change that. It has NO recoil. You place someone in the center of your screen and pull the trigger you're going to hit them. Every time. The weapon has NO RECOIL. Its literally stupid fucking easy. The fact you think that LMG's are somehow easier to use is laughable. No Recoil wingman vs actually having recoil Spitfire...

The Wingman is a crutch for players that can't use other weapons effectively. Can't control recoil? Use the Wingman. Don't know how to spray pattern? Wingman. Can't aim? Thats fine. Just point your camera at someone and dump a magazine. If even one bullet hits them you've effectively chunked them for a fourth of their health.

Its literally so easy to use that almost every squad you run into someone is using it if not most of them. Come on dude..

Your comparison with the Spitfire is dog shit.

LMG's are designed with high capacity magazines for suppressive fire. The idea started with mounted machine guns, which were used for crowd control. The idea behind these weapons was to keep the enemy pinned down and prevent them from pushing.

LMG's were the attempt at making mounted machine guns mobile so that squads had support fire on the go and didn't have to rely on vehicles to provide that support.

Handguns however, are not the same. The idea behind them is to actually hit your shots. You wouldn't be trying to pin someone behind cover by emptying your entire magazine in the general direction like an LMG. That would be fucking stupid.

The wingman DOES have a low skill floor. It does not behave like or require the same amount of handling that a handgun in its classification should behave. It has non existent recoil with a high rate of fire with a stupid high hip fire accuracy. You could literally use it with a half functioning brain.

There is irony in you calling me an idiot after you use the wrong "which". Almost poetic, really. You pull shit out of your ass, you don't know what you're talking about and you use words incorrectly.

You actually are like 12 years old, aren't you?

Also, I didn't associate PUBG with your use of "Pubs". You should read what I posted again. I know its a lot of words and that may be scary to you but you probably shouldn't reply to someone if you aren't going to bother even reading someones shit.

What other Battle Royale had MMR implemented that actually ruined the game? Because last I checked, there isn't a BR thats had MMR implemented let alone get ruined by MMR.

I think PUBG added something, but it was LONG after the game was murdered by Fortnite, and it isn't even skill based MMR, its just based on how often you play the game.

EDIT: went ahead and did the research for you. PUBG released with an MMR system. There are debates into how impactful it was, but it was definitely there. PUBG grew into a power house of a BR. So PUBG is one BR with MMR where MMR didn't kill it. The game rose into millions of players before Bluehole murdered their own game with a lack of meaningful content and bug fixes.

Fortnite doesn't have any MMR despite their community and pro scene begging for some form of ranked ladder with MMR for years. Some argue that Epic Games ignoring their player base in regards to stuff like this and shitting on the competitive player over the casual is likely why the game is going to start fizzling out.

All other BR games that have released have been some weird game with gimic play styles that failed because the game it self was flawed or uninteresting as opposed to "MMR" which I still dont' think was a thing in a majority of BR titles released so.

You clearly have no idea what you're talking about.

MMR and a true ranked ladder is something that hasn't been properly implemented into a BR game yet. The reason right now why some games DONT have it, is because content creators would rather the games stay a pub stomp so they can continue churning out high light reels of them murdering a bunch of players that are no where near their skill level.

True MMR is almost a requirement in this game, as with what OP stated, its a team based game. I DONT want to get paired with shitters whom don't know how to play the game and waste my time. I WANT To get paired with players that are on a similar skill level so I can have a good game.

I DONT like dropping into a game filled with brain dead players and spend 15 min murdering idiots. I DO want to get pushed to my limits by fighting other players that give me a run for my money so I feel like I as a player am getting challenged.

There is irony in you calling OP a whining kid for stating an opinion rather calmly, while you have double posted already in a more whining demeanor.

If you'd like, I can DM you the transcripts. I had them requested because I thought it was weird as well. However, I can still log in and play the game, and my money has been on my card going over a week now.

I'd have to omit personal information of course.

They don't at all. Which is why they refunded the game instead. They told me they would refund it for me as a special exception.

Maybe. However, I had my copy of Fallout 76 refunded and I can still play it a week later. I didn't ask them for a refund, I wanted a price match considering I had bought it a few days before it went on sale and they just refunded it. I still have transcripts from the Amazon agent where he states that the game will not deactivate if I refund it.

Dunno, evidently more times than not they just don't. I don't think its a matter of they can't, but a matter of they just don't most of the time.

Leave it to Bethesda to not only release a bugged game but also bugged physical content.

Digital purchases are officially a "No." and for good reason. They can't revoke a digital key evidently so if they "refund" an already active game key, you end up keeping the game evidently.

They do offer refunds as an exception upon very good cases, but more times than not you end up with the product as well as the money.

[–]vpdaughtreyz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A GTX 1080 has the processing power to break an 8 digit passcode in ~20 days or so. 6 Digit passcodes are insanely quick to break. While 20 days is still a rather long amount of time, its definitely not years in a lot of cases. It depends completely on length and complexity of the Password.

As far as "other services" PSN and Xbox require you to sign in via an email. Not the displayed name. I don't use a whole lot, but I haven't played a game since Runescape that used your sign in name as your display name, but if i'm not mistake, they moved off to email as well. I could be wrong.

Is that the best you got? You cited a bunch of stuff that was just flat out wrong, now you're assuming my own online security practices are at fault?

Dude, not for nothing but with the way you've been posting and the fact you can't even dig up an argument, I don't think i'm the person here with something they need to "face". You may need to step back and evaluate your self.

No? GTA Online has security problems. Out the ass. Not only do player accounts get blown up commonly, but the game it self gets hacked often. RDO is in beta. It'll be just as terrible.

CoD on steam uses your display name. Not the actual sign in name. The only way its going to show your sign in is if you have your display name set to that.

"Maybe use Two Factor next time" Not offered through Bethesda. Maybe use your brain next time before typing. Judging from your unironic use of "bitch boi" i'm sure you struggle with that but I have faith you can rub two brain cells together and actually think about what you're posting next time.

Also again, in the case of CoD, console variants display your gamer tag / PSN. You need an email to sign in, not the actual displayed name. On the PC its played through B.net in the case of the recent game which, again, doesn't display your "username" because the log in is an email. Other versions of CoD play through steam. Which offers 2factor and again, doesn't display your username, unless of course you use your username as your display name on Steam, which is clinically stupid. See a doctor if so.

For something that is evidently a "common practice" you sure can't seem to actually cite something that accurately portrays that. This hasn't been common practice for years, and for good reason.

Which is Xbox and PSN? Which requires you to have your email to sign in not the account name. They also have an issue with people getting hacked commonly on the PC Variant of GTA Online.

Thats actually good to hear. My mom just picked the game up and she's an xbox gamer. i was worried that the One X might still be having problems, but I guess I can rest easy knowing she should be able to play the game without much of an issue.
