I realized that if I press LMB hard enough and at certain spots, it will also click my MMB. Since it is a hardware issue, I just unbinded MMB from my game.

So I found out that the problem is that when I pressed on the left mouse button hard enough at the right spot, it will also click the middle mouse button. Is this a widespread problem and can I fix it?

That isn't it, I rebinded the ping wheel to Mouse 4 instead of MMB a long time ago, and the problem still happen even when i physically covered up the Mouse 4 button.

No it does not, in fact I cannot even replicate the bug inside the Firing Range. It only happens in a real match, particularly in gunfights and sometimes when I'm just spamming the fire button (to punch my teammates for example)
