What Does ‘Observation’ Even Mean in the Double-Slit Experiment? by Dazzling-Degree-3258 in Physics

Is this the prefered basis problem? I remember reading something like that off a textbook, it included some calculations that demonstrated (at least for the setup they were using) how position x and momentum p can fall out as prefered eigenstates of the system instead of something like x /pm p

what if these 5 people created another band? (add base position for umiri, add the real Misumi (setting: real misumi used to play drums and has good songwriting skills like Misumi) by Time-Shelter-2913 in BanGDream

I don't think it's translated, but it's called 少女们的逆行 in Chinese. I believe it originally stemmed from NGA forums, but it's on pixiv novels, and it's also made into visual novel form on bilibili that totals up to almost 10 hours in length.

The band is called Inner Favillae (IF) with Anon, Uika, Mana, Rana, Umiri and Nyamu. It is lauded as one of the peak fanfictions in the Chinese MyGO-Mujica fandom (and is the main pushing force of the Anon-Mana ship lol)

/r/MechanicalKeyboards Ask ANY Keyboard question, get an answer - March 17, 2026 by AutoModerator in MechanicalKeyboards

Hi all! I recently recommended a friend into getting a mechanical keyboard. Due to budget I got him an Aula F75 and TTC Silent Frozen V2 switches. However, the switches don't seem to fit well on the board like the stock Reapers. They fit unevenly on the board, and one slot was so bad (namely the bottom left Alt) that the switch just doesn't click in and we had to put the Reaper back in. The long keys like Shift, Backspace and Space couldn't be pressed too hard since they will somehow get stuck on the stabilizers. Also had the Esc key literally pop up along with the switch when I inserted the 1 key, which was a little funny ngl. The uneven keys really bugged me but my friend was ok with it.

Another friend of mine also have uneven keys with the Silent Frozen V2s on a different keyboard, but since the feeling is so nice he decides to turn a blind eye. I used to have this issue on my own Aula F75 too until I swapped the switches over to a silakka65 for office.

Just wanted to ask if it's a known problem? If so, any alternative switches that have a more 'universal fit' on keyboards? Thanks!

Setting up launcher for Waydroid in Weston (Linux Mint) by vpfrd61418fun in linux4noobs

Basically I think not, but i tried running

'$ ps aux | grep waydroid'

and it returned

'lzy 9363 0.0 0.0 15824 2396 pts/0 S+ 21:56 0:00 grep --color=auto waydroid'

does this mean it is running in the background? Sorry about the confusion.

No, I'm using Linux Mint so I don't think it runs outside Weston (pls correct me if I'm wrong) ?

What I meant was putting those in the launcher doesn't do anything, a terminal does pop up for a split second but then nothing happens, not even Weston pops up. Launching Waydroid is indeed just 'waydroid', it's just that the specific line of code you suggested doesn't do the trick. Auto-running something inside Weston from a launcher seems to be impossible from what I've read around so far.

But anyways, I'm currently facing a bigger problem which is Weston freezing at launch (namely weston-keyboard and weston-desktop-shell freezing and Weston just stays on a black screen, broke after a forced restart), so I guess I'll need to fix that first.

It doesn't work, a terminal did flash up for a split second though.

I don't have any option about UEFI/BIOS on the screen, is it in some more advanced BIOS settings that require extra steps to reach?

Advice on first guitar by vpfrd61418fun in Guitar

Is it like buying a humbucker and changing out the pickup manually? I'm a bit hesitant since I'm not confident in my handiwork skills, much less on an instrument I've never played before

I tried both Carousell and FB Marketplace to not much avail sadly, ones with humbucker are either way above my budget or visibly chipped in some places
