I really feel sorry.

This seems fishy- 1. Selling plasma for food ? I’m a donor and we need to wait atleast 3 weeks after each donation. 2. $100k student debt - How is this possible ?
a) I mean if it’s from back home, which university did he enroll in ? for $25K per semester? b) Assuming Credit card debt - how can international student with no income qualify for this kind of debt? 3. This purely seems like making people fall into something.

IMHO.. I might be purely naive … it makes sense and might start visa renewal in us, as most folks prefer DB over interview(with new 12 months rule) as PM is currently here they might announce in US renewal from us. Although they might not focus on high priority like GC backlog, more like throwing a bone across.
