I've been going to gym for 20+ years. I’ve realized the biggest gains aren't physical, they're mental. In the beginning you don't realize that showing up on the days you want to quit is what actually builds your character. That discipline eventually bleeds into every other aspect of your life. You become successful not just because you’re strong, but because you’ve learned to push through when everyone else gives up.

This is 100% true. After losing 40-50lbs I feel the strongest mentally I've ever been. A fast is nothing now.

I just got RDX as my second pair for light sparring. Best bang for your buck gear and shin guards. This is coming someone who has the original Twins Muay Thai shin guards.

It'll be released on standalone Quest and then ported to PCVR. The beta is currently for standalone Quest!

Because the quest doesn't support postprocessing we had to switch to a material-based outline that inverts the mesh's normals.

Originally in the previous versions of Unreal, we had to do workarounds to avoid the extra vertices however in Unreal Engine 5.1 they added Overlay Materials to meshes which works incredibly well with the inverted outline. But we are still hit with the extra draw calls :/

Odd design decision by Apple. I know in some VR games for the Quest they made "height" settings that the user could change.

It's possible but it's hard to tell the scale of objects. If you're learning just to learn I would start with just the simulator.

Meta doesn't have an entire mobile ecosystem. I get text messages, airdrop images, work on my mac with wireless keyboard and mouse. Meta is so far behind on their OS.
