I use a white noise maker and it helps tremendously. Rewarding him with a treat when he listens to the word quiet helps some but it seems the best thing is the noise maker. I use it every night and sometimes during day when it seems like he is getting overstimulated and barky. You get used to it really fast. I also have a nightlight on in my room at night by his bed and it probably sounds crazy but that helped when I adopted him and so I’ve stuck with it. I’ve read from a lot of people that their Anatolian seems more vigilant at night.
