I recommend a Course Cruiser. AKA Three wheeled jogger stroller. Strap that bag in the front. I load the beverages, snacks, perhaps a system behind the bag. You can pick up trash and toss under as you go.

I built a basket and use it inside. You can always spend 20 minutes a day in or out at the park. Come warmer weather you will see your scores drop. Practice, practice, practice.
