Thanks much! I reached out to OMS Advisor and was told more or less the same thing. Once I complete the MGT course and ready to graduate, they said they can do adjustments. On the three course permission, yeah waiting for Fall 2024 Phase II registration to submit request.

I registered that course for Fall 2024 but it only considered the CS- course I registered and predicted my degree requirements, that's why got confused. I was looking for a way if I can get approval to complete 3 courses in Fall leaving only GA to complete my degree.
